History

Corte Bonicella represents one of the few places where it is still possible to (re) discover flavours, landscapes and traditions of the Veneto countryside.

This agriturismo near the railway to Venice was one of the first areas reclaimed from swamps to grow cereals. Starting out as barns and stables, the buildings that surround the Corte will soon host an educational farm for children and a shop for local produce. The threshing yard for drying grain is now an ample space for parties and events immersed in nature.
The renovation has enhanced the authentic features of the farmhouse. The atmosphere is in fact that of the immediate post-war period.
You can thus taste the excellence of Venetian cuisine in a setting where the present meets the past, in full harmony with nature. In a society that praises slowness and chases speed, it's nice to recharge your batteries in a space like this.
